Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOMSIE), located in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids from suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and authorized dealers for the procurement of uniform and liveries for Sundar Industrial Estate. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 2,200,000, and bidding will be conducted under the provisions of PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) on a single-stage, one-envelope basis. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both income tax and sales tax, with their names appearing on the active taxpayers list. The procuring agency reserves the right to vary quantities at the time of award and may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance as provided under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidders must be registered at the E-Procurement portal (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) for online bid submission. Bid security of Rs. 44,000 (equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost) is mandatory in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favor of PIEDMC – Sundar Industrial Estate. The bid security must be attached in PDF format during online submission and submitted in original at the BOM-SIE office by post before the bid opening date. Bids that are incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or submitted through channels other than the specified e-procurement mode will not be considered for evaluation.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), the Board of Management website (www.sie.com.pk), and the EPADS Portal (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Completed, signed, and stamped bidding documents must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Portal by 11:00 AM on 09 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12:10 PM.
