Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Attock, a judiciary authority under the Government of Punjab, invites sealed e-bids for the procurement and installation of hybrid solarization off-grid systems at the Sessions Courts in Attock and all its sub-divisions. The tender reference is 15/2025-2026 and covers the supply and installation of 04-kW hybrid solar systems (640 watts solar panel capacity with 25 years performance warranty), 06-kW solar hybrid inverters (IP-65 protection), 5-kWh lithium iron phosphate batteries (100-AH nominal voltage, 5-year warranty), complete SPD equipment, wiring, AC/DC breakers, and accessories including transportation and procurement charges. The estimated project value is 34.2 million Pakistani rupees for installation across multiple court locations in Attock district, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered under the Sales Tax Act and Income Tax Act with active tax-payer status and good reputation. Single-stage two-envelope bidding will be conducted as per PPRA rules 2014 (amended to date). Bid security of 3 percent of estimated project cost must be submitted in the form of bank draft or bank guarantee. All prices must be quoted inclusive of GST and income tax. Bidders should not have been blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies. A 05 percent performance bank guarantee (re-fundable) is required from the successful bidder.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System website (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and the PPRA official portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted exclusively through e-PADS before 08.06.2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the Sessions Courts Committee Room. Complete scanned bid documents must be uploaded in EPADS.
