Nishtar Hospital, Multan, a premier healthcare facility under the Government of Punjab, Health and Medical Education Department, invites bids for the placement of Automated Blood Gas Analyzers on a reagent rental basis. This tender encompasses the purchase of ABGs cartridges with disposable electrodes and thermal paper rolls for the financial year 2026-27 through the E-Pads procurement platform. The procurement is designed to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential diagnostic consumables for the hospital's blood gas analysis laboratory services. Bidding will be conducted through a single stage two-envelope procedure compliant with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible bidders must be reputed firms, organizations, or manufacturers with demonstrated past experience, technical capability, financial stability, and managerial competence in supplying durable goods and consumables for medical diagnostic equipment. All bidders are required to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax purposes with an active taxpayer profile. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost of quoted items must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Nishtar Hospital, Multan. A copy of the bid security must be included in the technical proposal envelope, while the original must be submitted at the Purchase Department of Nishtar Hospital before the tender submission deadline.

The deadline for submission of bids is 08 June 2026 at 11:00 AM through E-Pads, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 01 June 2026 at 11:00 AM to address bidder queries and clarifications. Interested organizations should submit their bids electronically through the E-Pads platform. The competent authority at Nishtar Hospital reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
