Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA) invites e-bids for strengthening of Birdwood Drain near Prisons Academy to protect the boundary wall in the Drainage Sub Division of Gulberg Town. The estimated project cost is Rs. 997,553.19 as per Technical Specification issued under reference XEN(O&M)/GT/4205-08 dated 20.05.2026. The scope of work involves berm strengthening to prevent boundary wall damage in Lahore, Punjab. Bidding will be conducted through the e-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform with single stage single envelope procedure adopted for this public tender.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be registered on e-PADS and with the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers must hold valid licenses from PEC in category C6 and above, be registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), possess STRN certification, and submit Clearance Certificate from Excise and Taxation office for financial year 2025-26 (Professional Tax Certificate). Additionally, bidders must provide affidavit of sole proprietorship or partnership deed, blacklist affidavit, and integrity form. Bid security of Rs. 20,000/- (equivalent to 2 percent of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, PO, BC, or SDR from any scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory. Prior experience and expertise in similar works supported by work orders and bills must be demonstrated.
E-bids must be uploaded in PDF format on the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk with submission deadline of 8th June 2026 at 12:00 noon and opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Hard copy of original bid security must be submitted in an envelope marked with tender title at the office of XEN(O&M) Gulberg Town, situated at Liberty Market Pani Wali Tanki near Bobby Shoes Gulberg-III Lahore before 6th June 2026 at 4:00 PM.
