Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad invites electronic bids from authorized distributors, suppliers and service providers operating in the solar power system design and installation sector for the installation of a smart solar system comprising 50 KW onigrid solar power system with 65 KW photovoltaic capacity and supply or installation of 8 KW uninterruptible power supply units. The project is to be executed in Islamabad, Federal Province, with delivery and installation at the designated site location. Bidding firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue as well as be duly registered on EPADS. The successful contractor will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive after-sales service facility for the delivered and installed system at the site.
Eligible bidders must be authorized solar power system suppliers or service providers with requisite PEC registration and EPADS enrollment. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. The original bid security along with hard copies of all bidding documents must be physically delivered to the Director (Procurement) at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad on or before the submission deadline of 1100 hours on 10 June 2026 (Wednesday). Bidders are required to maintain active taxpayer status and demonstrate compliance with all regulatory requirements outlined in the tender specifications.
Interested bidders must register and submit their electronic bids online at https://eprocure.gov.pk in strict accordance with instructions contained in the bidding documents. The closing date for online bid submission through EPADS is 1100 hours on 10 June 2026 (Wednesday). Electronic bid opening will occur at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at NDMA Headquarters in Islamabad.
