Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Harban basha, under the Local Government, Election & Rural Development Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic tenders for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery equipment. The procurement includes three items: a mini tipper encroachment sanitation fabrication unit of 1.5 cubic meters with complete chassis, a front end loader and backhoe with sunshade as per specification with tractor provided by the department, and a hydraulic tipping trolley of 5 tons with gentle hok sunshade complete and attached with tractor also provided by the department. This tender is open to well-reputed and experienced manufacturers and fabricators with NTN, GST, and 3S facility licenses in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, seeking to supply machinery required for solid waste management operations.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and must comply with KPPRA Rules 2014 for technical and financial evaluation. Bidders are required to submit an original two percent bid security of the total quoted price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA HARBAN BASHA, sealed separately and clearly marked. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties must be calculated and included as per Government Rules. Bids must be quoted on a free on-board basis with free delivery to the TMA office.
Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the EPAD platform on or before June 10, 2026, at 1:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM as per KPPRA regulations. The procuring entity will evaluate technical proposals according to bid document specifications and reject any non-conforming proposals. Incomplete, conditional, late-submitted, or manual bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Purchase orders are subject to fund availability. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason under KPPRA Rules.
