Description / Scope of Work
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites quotations from reputable companies for the supply of branded laptops and computer systems at its headquarters in Karachi, Sindh. This re-tender notice references the advertisement published in newspapers including Daily Jang and Dawn (Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad) on 9th May 2026, with the submission deadline extended to 10th June 2026. The procurement is for computer equipment required at the CPSP Headquarters located at 7th Central Street, Phase-II, D.H.A., Karachi.
Interested parties must be reputable companies capable of supplying branded laptops and computer systems. Quotations should be submitted in two separate sealed bids comprising Technical and Financial proposals, both addressed to the Secretary CPSP. Tender documents are available at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 2500 from the Purchase Department at CPSP Headquarters Karachi (Phone: 021-90266400-10, Ext 237-330), the Operations Department at CPSP RC Islamabad (Phone: 051-2262590-1, Sector G-8/3 Ravi Road), and the Operations Department at CPSP RC Lahore (Phone: 042-99231320-8, Next to INMOL Hospital, Block-D, New Muslim Town).
Submission of bids must occur by 10th June 2026 at 19:45 AM at the mentioned locations. The tender will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders. The management of CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per applicable law.
