Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the repair and renovation of Federal Lodge Chamba House and Residential Colonies at Lahore, including additional works. This civil works procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and will be executed in Lahore, Punjab, with funding reserved by the Estate Office Management. The project scope encompasses structural repairs, renovations, and associated works at the Federal Lodge premises and adjoining residential colonies as detailed in the bidding documents and technical specifications provided.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to demonstrate relevant experience and technical capacity for similar construction and renovation projects. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with procurement regulations.
E-bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for all registered bidders. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
