Description / Scope of Work
Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids for annual maintenance and repair works of residential and non-residential buildings across Hazara Circle-I in Abbottabad and Hazara Circle-II in Mansehra for the financial year 2025-26. This national-level procurement follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process and encompasses comprehensive maintenance and repair services for HAZECO facilities in these regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The works are to be executed by qualified contractors with relevant experience in building maintenance and repair operations.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including technical qualifications, financial capacity, and relevant past experience in similar maintenance and repair contracts. Submission of a bid securing declaration is mandatory. Interested contractors should verify their registration with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. A performance guarantee will be required from the successful bidder upon contract award.
