Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited invites Letters of Intent from interested parties for the provision of three categories of services: Production House services encompassing studio, digital, and commercial content handling, film production, crew equipment and post-production support; Talent Agency services for identifying and placing creative talent for brand collaborations, campaigns, and casting opportunities; and Marketing PR Agency services for building and managing brand reputation through media relations, strategic communication, and public visibility initiatives. The scope of services is detailed under reference PTC-MKT-PTM-02, with submissions required by 8 June 2026. Based in Islamabad, the Company seeks vendors with demonstrated experience working with multinational firms in the FMCGs sector and established business relationships.
