Social Security Hospital Sialkot invites tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the repair and modernization of an out-of-order hospital bed lift. The estimated project cost is PKR 1,711,000 with a bid security requirement of PKR 51,330 (3% of estimated cost). The scope of work includes supply, replacement, installation, testing and commissioning of necessary components such as a complete control panel (approximately 18.5 kW or equivalent), COP and LOP displays, door drive inverter and switches, rotary encoder, shaft wiring, Auto Rescue Device (ARD), and CTB and CCB PCBs. The project also encompasses allied electrical and mechanical works, labor, transportation and installation charges. This tender is open to authorized firms and dealers registered with EPADS who meet the technical and financial qualification criteria.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders provide NTN and GST registration documentation, demonstrate financial soundness through income tax returns and latest financial year statements, and submit credit worthiness reports from banks. Firms must be established with reference to the product for a minimum of one to three years, provide reference certificates from concerned institutes or hospitals, and hold relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14000. Bidders must possess technical staff including electrical and mechanical engineers, maintain an operational workshop facility, and provide an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Pay Order in favor of the Medical Superintendent of Social Security Hospital Sialkot.
