Description / Scope of Work
The Purchase Department of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of high end ICU electronic beds under the project titled Establishment of Stroke Intervention and Expansion of Critical Care and Cardiac Facilities at PIMS. This is a national level procurement of medical equipment goods planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated by PIMS for critical care facility expansion in Islamabad. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) on or before June 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal; manual submission shall not be entertained. Bidders are required to provide bid security in the form of pay order or call deposit as specified in the bid data sheet, or furnish a bid securing declaration if not required by the procuring agency.
