Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department, Punjab Buildings Department (Center Zone) invites bids for the revamping and up-gradation of leftover secondary healthcare facilities under a sub-scheme focused on improving the Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital in Jhang City, District Jhang, Punjab. This project aims to enhance the physical infrastructure and serviceability of the hospital to meet modern healthcare standards and better serve the local population. The scope includes structural improvements, renovation, and upgrading of existing healthcare facilities to optimize patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
Bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in healthcare facility development or similar construction projects. Bidders are required to submit bid security as per tender requirements and must comply with all Punjab procurement rules and regulations. Contractors should possess valid registration with the appropriate authorities and demonstrate technical and financial capability to execute the project successfully. All submissions must be made in accordance with the e-Procurement system standards established by the Government of Punjab.
Bid documents are available through the official procurement portal www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA's e-procurement system. Interested bidders should submit their bids online through the designated portal by the closing date of June 10, 2026. Bid opening will be conducted as per schedule announced on the portal.
