Description / Scope of Work
NAVTTC (National Vocational and Technical Training Commission) invites bids for the implementation of an ERP-based end-to-end management system on a turnkey basis. This is a non-consultancy services procurement classified as national-level competitive bidding under a single stage-two envelope procedure. The project covers comprehensive enterprise resource planning implementation tailored to NAVTTC's operational requirements and encompasses system design, configuration, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
