Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on a single-stage one-envelope basis for the construction of residential facilities for female officers in Sector H-8/4 (G+4 with ground floor). This project is estimated at Rs. 768,062,315 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 15,360,000. The work is located in Islamabad, Federal Territory, and full details of the scope and specifications are available in the bidding documents accessible on the E-PADS portal.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-2 or higher, with valid Project Codes for the year 2025-26. Bidders are required to demonstrate their eligibility and qualifications as detailed in the bidding documents. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order, Crossed Cheque, or Demand Draft (DD) in favour of the Procurement & Contract Authority, CDA. Prospective bidders shall upload a scanned copy of bid security documents on E-PADS in PDF format, with original documents to be provided on or before bid submission.
Bidders must submit their bids online through E-PADS at http://eproc.gov.pk on or before June 11, 2026 at 11:30 hours. Manual bids will not be entertained. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 hours at the office of Director (PACA-I), Room No. 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
