Description / Scope of Work
District Council Layyah invites sealed bids for construction, improvement and repair of tuff tile, drain, soling and other allied works within the limits of MC Karor through joint authority with Municipal Corporation Karor in Punjab. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 46,50,000 and the work scope includes comprehensive road and drainage infrastructure development within Karor municipality. This is a significant public infrastructure initiative aimed at improving municipal services and urban development in the district.
Bidders must possess relevant experience in similar construction works and comply with all statutory requirements including payment of income tax and other applicable taxes. Earnest money equivalent to a specified percentage of the tender amount must be submitted along with the bid. A performance guarantee or quality assurance security will be required from the successful bidder before contract execution. Bidders are required to carefully examine the site, specifications, drawings and all contract conditions before submission of their proposal.
Interested contractors should obtain the bidding documents by purchasing them as per the prescribed fee structure. Sealed tenders must be submitted by the closing date specified, and will be opened publicly on the scheduled date.
