Description / Scope of Work
The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin, located in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab, invites national competitive bids for the procurement of gym equipment under tender reference UOR/PD/2025-26/24. This is a single stage two envelope bidding process designed to procure fitness and gymnasium equipment to support the university's sports and wellness facilities. The procurement follows national competitive bidding procedures to ensure transparency and value for money in equipment acquisition.
Bidders must be eligible vendors authorized to supply gym equipment and meet all mandatory qualification criteria specified in the bidding documents. Bids must include all required technical specifications, commercial terms, and supporting documentation. Bid security is mandatory and must be submitted as per the terms outlined in the bid data sheet. Bidders are required to provide performance guarantees, warranties, and comply with all technical specifications detailed in Section III of the bidding documents. Only one bid per bidder is permitted, and bids must remain valid for the specified period.

Sealed bids in two envelopes must be submitted by 12-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 12-06-2026 at 11:30 AM on the same day.
