Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Dijkot invites sealed tenders for implementation of patch work at Muharram ul Haram Jaloos Routes Limit in Dijkot, Punjab under Scheme No. 1. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 25,88,000 with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 1,29,400. The work is part of the budget allocation for the financial year 2025-2026 and is open to registered contractors on E-PADs and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and codes. Contractors must comply with PPRA and applicable procurement regulations. The tender documents have been prepared on the basis of MRS 1 Bi-annual 2026.
Eligibility requirements include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council and E-PAD enrollment in the relevant category. All intending contractors and firms must upload the earnest money in the form of CDR in favor of Municipal Committee Dijkot at 5% of the estimated cost and original CDR before the tender opening committee meeting. Contractors offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance security in accordance with PPRA/Works Rules 2017. Any forged documents or fraudulent CDR submissions will result in legal action. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained and method of selection will be least cost.
Bid documents shall be uploaded on the EPAD dashboard up to 12:00 PM on the closing date and will be opened in the Hall of Municipal Committee Dijkot on the same day at 12:30 PM. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website. Contractors must perform works in accordance with PPRA Rules and submit all required documents including complete financial bids with detailed rate analysis and summaries.
