Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Hospital Jhang invites technical and financial bids from eligible firms registered on EPADS (e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System) for the local purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items, patient care supplies, and medical gases including oxygen for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses two main lots: local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables including dialysis, Zakat, Bait ul Mal, Universal Health Insurance, and Special Initiative of Health Program supplies; and medical gases for District Head Quarter Hospital Jhang. This framework contract procurement will be conducted in Punjab following single stage two envelopes bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 section 38(a). Interested bidders must be affiliated with relevant authorities and registered on the EPADS platform to participate in this essential healthcare procurement.
Bidders must meet eligibility requirements specified in the bidding documents and provide bid security in the form of pay order, bank draft, deposit at call, or irrevocable bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in the name of Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Jhang. All technical and financial evaluation, as well as grievance redressal, will be conducted exclusively through the EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 11 June 2026 at 11:00 AM positively on EPADS, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
