Description / Scope of Work
National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), a leading engineering and services organization, invites electronic bids from chain pharmacies for enlistment on the NESPAK Panel in Karachi. The procurement seeks to establish partnerships with qualified pharmacy chains to provide medicines and pharmaceutical services to NESPAK employees on a credit basis. Selected pharmacies will supply medicines to employees in Karachi with monthly billing arrangements. This is an open tender for service enlistment with no specified contract value, as selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and discount rates offered by bidders.
Eligible pharmacies must be licensed and registered with the concerned Board or Council, hold at least eight operational branches in Karachi with documented addresses and telephone numbers, maintain registration with the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List, and possess a minimum of five years practical experience in pharmacy operations. Applicants must submit financial statements for the past three years and provide an affidavit on stamp paper of at least Rs. 50 confirming non-blacklisting status by any government or semi-government department. A bid security of not less than Pak Rs. 50,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory and must reach NESPAK's Karachi office on or before the submission deadline.
Interested pharmacies must submit electronic bids through the EPADS portal with all required documentation including certificate of registration, list of branches, tax registration proof, financial statements, non-blacklisting affidavit, completed bid form, and scanned copy of bid security. The original bid security must physically reach the employer's address at 12th & 13th Floors, NICL Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Off. Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, by the deadline. Bids remain valid for 60 days from the opening date. Selection will be based on meeting mandatory criteria followed by evaluation of discount rates offered, with top-ranked pharmacies offering maximum discounts selected for panel enlistment.
