The National Grid Company (NGC) of Pakistan invites sealed bids for three interconnected lots involving the dismantling of existing foundations and construction of new foundations and firewalls, as well as the dismantling and installation of 450MVA 500/220KV autotransformers at 500KV grid stations in Multan and Gatti, Punjab. This tender document XEN-EHV-TLCLHR-04-2026 covers Lot-I (foundation and firewall work), Lot-II (dismantling existing 450MVA 500/220KV ATB at Multan and installation of new 450MVA 500/220KV ATB with transportation of dismantled equipment to Gatti), and Lot-III (dismantling existing 450MVA 500/220KV ATB at Gatti and installation of the new unit shifted from Multan). The project is significant transmission infrastructure work supporting the national grid network in Punjab province.
The tender is structured as a Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding process. Eligible contractors must be registered with WAPDA/NGC and possess relevant experience in high-voltage electrical equipment installation and civil works. Contractors are required to submit a bid security as specified in the tender documents. All bidders must comply with NGC's technical and financial qualification requirements and provide evidence of previous similar projects.

Sealed bids must be submitted in two envelopes (technical and financial) to the same office. The deadline for submission is 15 June 2026.
