Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Jhang, under the Local Government and Community Development Department of Punjab, invites quotations for the arrangement of Sabeels during Muharram ul Haram. This procurement encompasses two main components: rental of tentage, canopy, shamyana, tables, chairs, jugs, glasses and related items, and the supply of mineral water, jam-e-shiri (traditional sweet drink), sugar, ice blocks and other refreshment materials. The total estimated cost of the project is PKR 4,250,000 with a 5 percent CDR (Conditional Defect Rectification) requirement of PKR 212,500. The scheme is to be executed in Jhang and completion is expected within the specified period.
Bidders are required to meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the tender documents. All interested contractors and suppliers must submit their quotations in compliance with the requirements specified in the bidding documents. A 5 percent bid security is mandatory for participation.
