Sealed bids are invited by the Frontier Reserve Police Headquarters in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the supply of feeding charges for Government horses under the EPADS procurement system for the financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses ration supply services including grinding machine operation, with the agreement duration extending through 30 June 2027. Bidders must submit items of ration separately and are required to possess their own grinding equipment for feed preparation.
Eligibility requirements include submission of an Income Tax Certificate with CNIC photocopy and a five-year experience certificate demonstrating prior supply of feeding charges to any Government department. A call deposit of Pakistani Rupees 360,000 must accompany the tender submission in the name of Commandant FRP HQrs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. Bidders refusing the quoted amount will be blacklisted and their advance payment or call deposit will be forfeited. The contractor must register with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, obtain Consulting Work and Services registration with KPPRA if applicable, and ensure license renewal as required. Only the tender owner's experience, financial stability and previous performance will be considered for evaluation; low rates alone cannot be reviewed.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office on any working day. Sealed bids must reach the Frontier Reserve Police office by 11:00 AM on 17 June 2026 and will be opened at 14:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders. Submission of bids should be made to the Deputy Commandant office in Peshawar. Taxes on ration, nalbandi and hair cutting services will be deducted as per existing rules.
