Govt. Eye Cum General Hospital Gojra, District Toba Tek Singh, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced pharmacy businesses and chains of pharmacies for framework contracts covering the fiscal year 2026-27. Three separate procurement packages are advertised with a combined estimated value of approximately PKR 40.9 million: local purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items valued at PKR 20 million; Zakat medicine and disposable items valued at PKR 0.9 million; and medicines for the Chief Minister's Special Initiative for Dialysis Program valued at PKR 20 million. All procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, through the EPADS portal only.
Eligible bidders must be registered pharmacy businesses or chains of pharmacies holding a valid Retail drug sale license on Form 9, registered with relevant tax departments and authorities. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each package in the form of bank draft, CDR, demand draft, pay order, or banker cheque from any scheduled bank. Incomplete or conditional bids and those lacking specified bid security will be rejected outright. Bidders may participate in specific packages separately with separate financial bids and bid security for each lot.
Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms are available during office hours from the procurement officer's office at Govt. Eye Cum General Hospital Gojra and can be downloaded from the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the EPADS portal https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS portal with original bid security documents delivered physically to the undersigned office on or before 11:00 am on 15 June 2026; bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Technical and financial bids will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The tender opening will take place on 15 June 2026 at 11:30 am at the Medical Superintendent's office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
