Supply of Large Size Fruits and Ornamental Plants

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department, Peshawar Forest Division, invites sealed bids from reputed and well-experienced nursery growers and owners for the procurement and supply of large size fruits and ornamental plants of different species. The procurement is conducted under the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 through a single stage, single envelope procedure via EPADS electronic bidding system. The project is titled Urban and Peri Urban Eco-system Restoration and Plantation Interventions under the Peshawar City Revitalization Plan, with a tentative quantity of 10,000 plants including carriage with loading and unloading at the DFO office in Nowshera, KPK province.

Eligible bidders must possess valid Nursery Registration with the Federal Seed Certification and Registration Department (FSCR), registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 with relevant horticultural codes CE-10(v), and duly registered Income Tax and Sales Tax certificates. Bidders must demonstrate three years of successful experience executing similar plant supply contracts for government entities, autonomous bodies, or national and international organizations, supported by work orders and completion certificates. The bid security requirement is two percent CDR of the total bid price, payable to the Divisional Forest Officer, Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera in a sealed envelope.

Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested parties must register on the EPADS link before 12 June 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 12 June 2026 at 14:30 (2:30 PM), with opening scheduled for the same day at 15:00 (3:00 PM). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Divisional Forest Officer's office in Nowshera opposite Korba Restaurant near Police Line.
