UNDP Pakistan is hiring six National Inventory Experts under the Artisanal and Small-scale Gold Mining (ASGM) Project. One individual contractor position is available for each of the following cities: Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Quetta, located across Federal Pakistan. This is an individual contractor (IC) procurement process with a contract duration of 129 working days spread over nine months commencing from the date of signing the contract. The assignment involves national inventory expertise work critical to the ASGM Project implementation across multiple provinces and regions of Pakistan.
To qualify for submission, interested candidates must register with UNDP's new supplier portal system called UNDP Quantum. Candidates who have not previously registered can do so by following the Supplier Registration link provided in the procurement notice and consulting the user guides available on the UNDP website. Existing suppliers should use their current profile credentials or employ the forgotten password feature if needed. All clarifications must be submitted in writing through the portal's messaging functionality, and UNDP will respond without identifying the source of inquiry.
Proposals must be submitted directly in the online portal at http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org before the closing deadline of 11 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time. Candidates are encouraged to indicate their intention to bid by creating a draft response to enable receipt of notifications if tender requirements are amended.
