Renovation and Upgradation of Healthcare Facilities by Punjab Building Department

The Punjab Building Department invites sealed bids from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for the renovation, upgradation, and allied works of healthcare facilities in Jhang district. The project concerns the reconstruction and upgrading of a quarter hospital in Jhang city, located in Punjab province. The estimated cost of the project is 5,904,100 PKR with a completion period of 12 months. This tender is issued through the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) E-Tendering System in accordance with PPRA Rules and seeks participation from eligible bidders with valid registration under Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories. The bid security amount is determined as 10% of the estimated cost and must be furnished as a Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Jhang.

Eligible bidders must be registered on the PPRA website and hold valid certificates from Pakistan Engineering Council. Contractors are required to quote rates against each item and provide detailed financial analysis and summaries of raw material costs. All bidders must submit complete tender documents through the e-Tender portal of PPRA with a 10% performance guarantee deposit. False information in bids will result in disqualification and exclusion from future tenders under Government of Punjab. A Complaints Redressal Committee has been constituted to address bidder concerns as per PPRA notification.

Bid documents are available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) with registration and procurement details obtainable from the website portal. Bids must be submitted electronically on the PPRA e-Tendering System (E-pada) by 10 June 2026 at 12:30 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 01:00 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The original Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Jhang on the bid submission day, half hour before opening.
