PARC Southern Zone Agricultural Research Center, Karachi invites electronic bids through E-PADS for the procurement of research and laboratory equipment, solar powered pumping systems with office power backup, computer and office equipment, and office furniture under the ALP Project titled Appraisal and Adoption of Efficient Rainwater Harvesting Techniques for Effective Soil and Water Conservation and Use in Khirthar National Range. The project is being executed at PARC-Water and Agricultural Waste Management Institute, Tandojam. The procurement includes six types of research and lab equipment totalling 12 items, one solar powered pumping system with backup for office use, three computer and office equipment items, and seven office furniture items totalling 15 units. This is a single stage two envelope bidding process with detailed specifications and technical requirements provided in the tender document.
Interested firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department, and PPRA E-PADS. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through the E-PADS portal with bid security equal to 4% of the bid value including taxes in the form of pay order or demand draft in favour of the Director General, Southern Zone Agricultural Research Centre, Karachi. All applicable government taxes are the sole responsibility of the firm or bidder. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately online.
Bids must be submitted on or before 1100 hours on 15 June 2026, and tenders will be opened on the same day through EPADS at 1130 hours in the committee room of DG Office, PARC-SARC in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
