The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is seeking an Individual Contractor to serve as a Livestock Sectoral Plan Specialist for a 30-day assignment spread over three months. This is a specialized consultancy role focused on livestock sector planning and development in Pakistan. The assignment will involve developing or enhancing sectoral strategies and plans related to livestock management, productivity, and sustainability. The position is based in Pakistan and managed through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system. The contractor will work directly with UNDP-PAK to support policy formulation and strategic planning in the livestock sector.
Candidates must be registered suppliers with the UNDP Quantum portal system or must complete supplier registration before submitting proposals. Individual contractors are required to follow UNDP procurement guidelines and must submit all necessary documentation and qualifications evidence as part of their bid. Contractors should demonstrate relevant expertise in livestock sector development, planning methodologies, and familiarity with Pakistan's agricultural and livestock context. All proposals must be submitted directly through the UNDP supplier portal by the deadline, with no hardcopy submissions accepted.
Proposals must be submitted directly in the UNDP Quantum portal no later than 15 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time (Reference: UNDP-PAK-01617). Interested contractors should register or log into the supplier portal, locate the negotiation using the reference number, and upload their complete bid package including CV, technical proposal, financial proposal, and any supporting credentials.
