Livestock Sectoral Plan Specialist - Individual Contractor

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan is seeking an Individual Contractor to serve as a Livestock Sectoral Plan Specialist for a 30-day assignment spread over three months. This is a specialized consultancy role focused on livestock sector planning and development in Pakistan. The assignment will involve developing or enhancing sectoral strategies and plans related to livestock management, productivity, and sustainability. The position is based in Pakistan and managed through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system. The contractor will work directly with UNDP-PAK to support policy formulation and strategic planning in the livestock sector.

Candidates must be registered suppliers with the UNDP Quantum portal system or must complete supplier registration before submitting proposals. Individual contractors are required to follow UNDP procurement guidelines and must submit all necessary documentation and qualifications evidence as part of their bid. Contractors should demonstrate relevant expertise in livestock sector development, planning methodologies, and familiarity with Pakistan's agricultural and livestock context.
