Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mortuary equipment (Package No. 29) on DDP basis for the establishment of a 200-bedded mother and child hospital and nursing college in District Layyah, Punjab. This is a re-tender opportunity for specialized medical equipment procurement aimed at equipping the new healthcare facility. The project encompasses complete mortuary solutions including equipment supply, professional installation, system commissioning, and ongoing maintenance services to ensure operational readiness of the facility.
All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction Delivery System) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to participate in this procurement. Bidders are required to submit a scanned copy of their original bid security with the technical bid on EPADS, while the original bid security document must be physically submitted to the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II), IDAP on or before the bid submission date. The procurement is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, and bidders must quote all lots and all items within the package to remain eligible for evaluation.
Completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADS at or before 15:30 HRS PST on 15th June 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 16:00 HRS PST at the IDAP Committee Room, Ground Floor, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidder representatives.
