Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed proposals from eligible bidders through the EPAOS System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of ophthalmology equipment (Package No. 33, Lot-B) on a Delivery Against Payment (DAP) basis for the establishment of a Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II located at G-11/3, Islamabad, Punjab. The estimated cost of this procurement is approximately 56 million PKR with a bid security requirement of 1.12 million PKR. The tender is open to all eligible bidders and will be conducted through open competitive bidding under PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended to date), with a bid validity period of 180 days.
All interested bidders are required to register on the EPAOS portal to be eligible for participation in this tender. Bidders must obtain the RFP document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions from the registered bidders on EPAOS at punjab.eproc.gov.pk or from the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) website at http://ppra.gov.pk. The bid security must be submitted in accordance with the RFP instructions, and all proposals must be technically and financially sound to be considered for evaluation.
Technical and Financial Proposals prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP document must be submitted on EPAOS on or before 19 June 2024, no later than 03:00 PM. Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day on EPAOS at 03:30 PM. Any proposal received through modes other than EPAOS shall not be considered.
