Social Security Hospital (SSH), Jauharabad invites sealed bids through the E-PADS electronic procurement system from pharmaceutical manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals registered with E-PADS and PPRA for a framework contract to supply non-quoted medicines and medical items during the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement is open to all eligible suppliers on a FOR basis delivered to the consignee's end at Social Security Hospital, Block 06, Jauharabad. The estimated contract value is Rs. 27,000.00 with a total procurement scope covering various non-quoted pharmaceutical items required for hospital operations. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI/SSH Jauharabad are not permitted to participate in this tender.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered pharmaceutical manufacturers or authorized sole agents of foreign principals with valid E-PADS registration. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to two percent of the quoted items price in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order, submitted in hard copy to the undersigned on or before the closing date and uploaded as a scanned copy on E-PADS along with the electronic bid. All participating firms must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and E-PADS regulations. The procurement shall follow a Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014.
Interested bidders may download detailed bidding documents, technical specifications, and instructions from PPRA, PESSI, and E-PADS websites from the publication date. Electronic bids must be uploaded on E-PADS by 16 June 2026 before 09:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:00 AM.
