Description / Scope of Work
Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) invites e-bids for the procurement of electrical materials and equipment required for supply chain management operations. The tender covers multiple lots including incoming panels for power transformers, outgoing panels, current transformers, bus isolators, line isolators, lightning arrestors, post insulators, structural components, connectors, cables, earthing equipment, and accessories. Materials will be delivered on free on charge basis to the consignee store at the FCS Regional Store in Abbottabad, KPK, as per the NTDC/WAPDA specification amended to date. The tender encompasses eight distinct tender items (STG-09 through STG-18) with varying quantities and specifications, representing a comprehensive electrical procurement initiative for the organization's infrastructure requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with all statutory requirements. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the amount specified by the Chief Executive Officer HAZECO in the respective bidding documents. The original bid security shall be delivered in the office of the Manager (Supply Chain Management) at Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid closing time as scheduled. Bid security documents must be uploaded along with the e-bid submission on EPADS, and bids lacking proper bid security documentation shall be considered non-responsive and rejected. All bid securities must remain valid for thirty days beyond the bid validity date as per procurement regulations.
Bid documents are available through e-bids on the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) portal on EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Disposal System) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register themselves on EPADS using the provided link and follow the procedure laid down in regulations of PPRA. Bids will be opened on single stage single envelope basis in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Submission and opening of bids will occur on 16 June 2026 with individual lot opening times ranging from 10:30 AM to 03:00 PM as detailed in the tender schedule.
