Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme Pakistan is inviting bids for the retrofitting of six schools located in Sindh province. This is an Invitation to Bid procurement process under reference number UNDP-PAK-01613 and UNDP-ITB-2026-103. The project involves structural and facility improvements to six educational institutions in Sindh to enhance their physical infrastructure and learning environment. Interested bidders must register with the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system to access detailed tender documents and submit their proposals for this significant school infrastructure development initiative.
Bidders are required to have a registered supplier profile in the UNDP Quantum portal system to participate in this procurement process. Those without prior registration may create a new profile by following the Supplier Registration link provided in the procurement notice and referring to the bidding resources available on the UNDP website. All offers must be submitted directly through the supplier portal at http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org before the deadline. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on Monday, 8th June 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Pakistan Standard Time via Zoom meeting (Meeting ID: 892 9634 8985, Passcode: 971082) to address bidder queries and provide project clarifications. The deadline for bid submission is 22 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time. All tender documents are available through the negotiation document link in the supplier portal.
