Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Muzaffargarh, Punjab is inviting bids for the installation of a 100KW solar on-grid system with net metering for the sewerage system scheme at Recep Tayyip Erdogan (RTE) Hospital in Muzaffargarh as part of an expansion project. The project scope includes procurement and installation of 250 units of Tier-1 A Grade bifacial solar panels rated 580-585 watts (N-Type) from manufacturers such as Longi, Jinko, or JA Solar, one 110KW solar on-grid inverter with IP-65 rating, WiFi connectivity, and 24/7 monitoring capability through desktop and mobile platforms. The approximate contract cost is PKR 13.600 million with a time limit of one month for completion. The work also encompasses special elevated carport-type structures using H-beams and U-channels, earthing and lightning protection systems, AC/DC breakers, cables, surge protection devices, and complete commissioning in accordance with NEPRA regulations including bi-directional meter installation.
Bidders must be technically qualified contractors with experience in solar installation projects. The earnest money deposit required is PKR 0.272 million. Contractors should possess relevant experience and the capacity to execute turnkey solutions that meet all regulatory requirements set by the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). All materials including solar panels, inverters, and electrical components must meet specified technical standards and come from approved manufacturers operating in Pakistan.
Interested contractors should obtain detailed bid documents from the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Muzaffargarh. Bids must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe with a closing date of 18 June 2026.
