Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Air Force Directorate of Procurement (Air) invites sealed tenders for the supply, procurement, repair and overhauling of multiple items including aircraft engine repair, spare parts for MFG 61X interface equipment, industrial laboratory equipment (generators 65 KVA/60 KVA and pallet movers), communication equipment and services, ATCR system spares, PA systems, ACMI equipment, ATCR system repair and recovery, DSI setup, vehicle tyres, and suitcase air crew luggage. This consolidated tender notice covers eleven procurement packages (S. No 1 through 11) with varying quantities and specifications across different categories. The tenders are being issued from PAF Base Nur Khan located in Rawalpindi, Sindh province, with opening date set for 30 June 2026 and the last date of submission being 16 June 2026 at 1000 hours.
Eligibility criteria require that firms must be registered and indexed with DGDP, possess GST and professional tax registration with valid NTN, and demonstrate past performance credentials. Un-registered or un-indexed firms interested in competing on earnest money basis must provide minimum six months of bank statements, proof of go-down facilities, manufacturer or stockist credentials, two photocopies of owner's NIC for FOR tenders, and agency agreements with original equipment manufacturers. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 (debatable to Main Head XLVII, Main Head XII, Sub Head A) is required from un-registered firms. All participating firms must submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 prior to receiving tender documents.

Tenders will be opened on the same day (16 June 2026) at 1100 hours. Quotations must be valid for 90 days, with sales tax mentioned separately. No advance payment will be made, and payment is conditional on user acceptance. Warranty and guarantee terms must be clearly stated.
