Supply of Submersible Pump

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites bids from eligible manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply of a submersible pump at PSO Central Store located in Kemari, Karachi, Sindh. The tender is issued under reference number RC-19701-KZ and will be executed through a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure via the SAP Ariba portal. Interested vendors are required to collect tender documents electronically from 01 June 2026 until 16 June 2026 between 08:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with valid NTN (National Tax Number), GST Certificate, Provincial Sales Tax Certificates where applicable, and CNIC of the owner or authorized representative. Vendors are required to register on the SAP Ariba Portal if they do not already possess an Ariba Network ID. All requests for tender documents must be submitted as scanned copies on official letterhead through the SAP Ariba portal, clearly indicating the tender number in the subject line.

Bids must be submitted through SAP Ariba by 16 June 2026 at 2:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 3:00 PM onwards.
