Remodeling and Upgradation of Nehr Road, Sabzal Park Buildings

Lahore Development Authority, UD Wing invites sealed bids for the remodeling and upgradation of Nehr Road, Sabzal Park buildings (Group-3-A, Group-3-B, Group-3-C and Group-4) located in Lahore, Punjab under Single Stage-Two Envelop (SSTPE) procurement method. This project is undertaken by NTIs and PMCs registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The estimated project cost ranges from approximately 85,157,408.00 to 86,253,874.22 Pakistani rupees with a timeline of 09 months for completion. The scope includes comprehensive remodeling works to upgrade the existing infrastructure and facilities of the specified residential buildings in Lahore.

Eligibility requirements mandate that contractors must be registered with PEC in categories mentioned herein for undertaking such civil works. Bidders are required to submit original bid security (earnest money) as specified in tender documents. All participating contractors must possess valid licenses from appropriate regulatory bodies and demonstrate technical competence through relevant experience in similar projects. Bids must comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and all applicable regulations governing public procurement in Punjab.

Bid documents are available for collection from the office of the undersigned or obtained through E-Tendering/PPRA system. The submission of bids shall be conducted electronically through the E-Tendering portal, with the deadline for submission on 16th June 2026 before 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date, followed by financial proposal opening on a subsequent date as per PPRA procedures.
