Description / Scope of Work
The Capital City Police Officer Lahore, Police Department is inviting electronic bids for the supply of modifications and accessories for the DIG/Security Division, Lahore for the financial year 2025-26. This is a single stage two envelope procurement process conducted through the E-Procurement System (EPADS) portal. The bidding documents are available online at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, and bidders are required to submit their e-bids as per the schedule with the bid submission deadline and opening scheduled for 16 June 2026. The procurement is subject to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and covers supply of plant and machinery items with a one-year warranty period.
Bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order service providers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. All e-bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 3 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order made in the name of DIG Security Division Lahore. Supporting and requisite documents including income and sales tax registration certificates must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the e-bid submission deadline.
Bidders can obtain complete bidding documents containing all terms and conditions, requirements, and specifications by submitting a written request to the office of DIG/Security Division, 14 Shahrah Aiwan-e-Sanat-o-Tijarat, Lahore during working hours. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS website before the deadline of 16 June 2026 at 09:00 AM, with opening occurring at 09:30 PM the same day. Upon acceptance of tenders, bidders must deposit a performance guarantee of 10 percent of the total contract value.
