Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the supply of polishing and maintenance materials required for ongoing operations at its main campus in Karachi, Sindh. This Request for Quotation (RFQ-003766) covers a comprehensive range of 27 line items including thinners, spirits, lacquers, varnishes, wood sealers, emery papers, paint brushes, paint rollers, color powders, color tubes, cotton waste, malmal cloth, and scrapers. The materials are intended for professional polish work and maintenance activities across the institution. Delivery is required at the Stores facility of IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi.
Quotations are open to qualified suppliers capable of providing materials meeting IBA's quality specifications. Samples are mandatory for all items and the order is conditional upon approval of submitted samples. Bidders must ensure compliance with the specified brands (ICI, Bluebird, Chand Tara, Universal) or approved equivalents. General Sales Tax will be applied to applicable items only. Payment will be processed via crossed cheque following receipt of invoice and delivery of materials. A liquidity damage clause of 2% per month applies to delayed deliveries.

IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, cancel items, modify quantities, or award items to different suppliers at its discretion. All government taxes, levies, and stamp duty (0.35% on total order value) will be charged as per applicable rates and SRO notifications.
