The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed bids for the procurement of NIV Dressing through its office located at Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. This tender, referenced as TENDER NO. 2583057/R-2511/380173/A dated 24 October 2025, seeks quotations from qualified distributors and suppliers to meet the dressing material requirements of naval medical facilities. The procurement is open to registered distributors holding valid DRAP licenses to sell medical stores, active tax payer certificates, and relevant audit reports. Interested firms must be registered with DGDP or meet alternative compliance standards as specified in the tender documentation.
Eligibility criteria require firms to submit proof of earnest money deposit of Rs. 200 for DGDP-registered firms and Rs. 300 for all other firms, payable to CMA(DP) through State or National Bank. Bidders must provide distributor documents including DRAP license, tax filing proof, and audit reports; manufacturer documents such as authority letters and manufacturing licenses; and brand-specific documentation including IMS rankings, CDTL and DTL reports, and active ingredient import documents. All technical offers must be submitted in duplicate on firm letterhead in strict compliance with Annex-A of DP-2 format, with no amendments permitted to PVMS numbers, generic names, strengths, accounting units, or quantities. Brand names must be self-explanatory and complete, with importer names clearly mentioned where applicable.
Technical offers must be submitted in sealed envelope format along with a separate sealed envelope containing earnest money and a third sealed envelope with the commercial offer. The commercial offer must include pricing in the last three columns only, with clear mention of GST applicability; if not specified, unit prices will be considered GST-inclusive per PPRA rules.
