Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W Department C&W Mega Projects Division Mardan invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the strengthening of twelve District Headquarters hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to enhance capacity for COVID-19 management and general health services in the province. This procurement follows KPPRA 2014 Amended procedures under single-stage two-envelope bidding process. The project encompasses construction and infrastructure development work at multiple DHQ hospital locations within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with the scope and specifications detailed in the tender documents. The contract period is as per work order requirements.
Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category field of specialization. Firms must demonstrate adequate financial soundness, relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure projects, necessary personal capabilities, and required equipment to execute the work. The required PEC category is C-02 and above. Bidding security at 0.5% (Rs 1,950,340) and bid entry fee (Rs 1,785.66) are mandatory. Bidders should be enlisted with C&W having satisfactory performance record.
Bid documents are available through the E-PADS system. The last date of submission and time is 22 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:30 PM. The date and time for opening of financial bid will be announced after evaluation of technical bids by the competent authority.
