Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur Power Electric Company (SEPCO) is inviting sealed bids for the procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Power Management Systems (APMS) for pole mounted distribution transformers under SEPCO's own sources in Sindh Province. This is a Works tender with national eligibility scope, issued under a single stage, one envelope bidding process. The project is located in Sukkur District, Sindh Province, with SEPCO Head Office serving as the procuring entity. Reference number APMS-S-01/2025-26-R identifies this solicitation, and bidders are invited to submit comprehensive proposals for the complete supply and installation of APMS equipment including all testing and commissioning activities.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to demonstrate relevant past experience with completed contracts in similar distribution system projects, adequate financial capacity supported by bank statements and audited accounts, and a minimum net worth as specified in the bid data sheet.
