Description / Scope of Work
Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of specialized oil and gas stream laboratory equipment on an F.O.R. basis. The scope includes Gas Calorimeter, Water Dew Point Analyzer, Hydrocarbon Dew Point Apparatus, Lead Acetate H2S Analyzer, Coriolis Mass Flow Meters, ASTM Petroleum Hydrometer Set, and related equipment. The institute is located in Topi, Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This procurement is intended to enhance the institute's laboratory capabilities for oil and gas stream analysis and research.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS V2.0 and with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Authorities, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Only manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, or suppliers with relevant experience in similar equipment supply and installation are eligible to bid. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 along with bid security or earnest money as specified in the EPADS V2.0 system, in the form of a Bank Deposit, Call Deposit Receipt, or Pay Order issued in favor of GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology.
Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be downloaded from the GIKI website www.giki.edu.pk or accessed through PPRA EPADS V2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk. Documents may also be obtained from Room F-12, Admin Block, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi. Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA e-PADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. Prospective bidders should submit proposals well before the deadline to avoid technical issues. The tender opening will occur immediately after the submission deadline.
