Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids for the dismantling and re-fixing of brick on edging in the Central Park Jogging Track located in Model Town, Lahore, Punjab. This is a civil works project involving the removal and reinstallation of brick edging along the jogging track perimeter. The procurement is conducted under a single stage single envelope bidding procedure open to contracting firms maintaining valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The detailed scope of work and specifications are contained in the tender documents available from the office of the Civil Engineer.
Eligible bidders must possess valid enlistment with Model Town Society as a contracting firm. All bids must be sealed and submitted in a single envelope format. Bidders are required to comply with standard bid security requirements and submission procedures as outlined in the tender documents. Any ambiguities regarding bidding qualifications or technical requirements should be clarified with the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours prior to bid submission.
Detailed tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer, Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned. Sealed bids must be delivered before 1:00 P.M on 18 June 2026. Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized bidder representatives. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to formal acceptance.
