Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF-AA Factory), Wah Cantt, a government entity under the Ministry of Defence, invites sealed and electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and registered suppliers for the supply of various industrial components and tools. The procurement encompasses six separate tenders totaling 45 items including fuze components of four types, special production tools, grinding and polishing media with abrasives, standard cutting tools comprising 27 items, and additional cutting tools. This strategic procurement supports POF's defence manufacturing operations in Punjab and is open to bidders registered with both income tax and sales tax departments of Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized dealers and suppliers with current registration from the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids should contain comprehensive technical and commercial offers demonstrating the bidder's capability to supply the specified items in accordance with POF quality standards and technical specifications. Bidders are required to submit their bids through both the online POF E-Bidding Portal and in sealed hard copy format to ensure compliance with government procurement regulations.
Detailed bidding documents containing item-wise specifications, terms and conditions are available free of cost from the office of the Director-SCM or can be downloaded from the POF official website at www.pof.gov.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall by 18-06-2026 before 11:00 hours, with technical envelope opening scheduled for 11:30 hours on the same date.
