Supply of Electrical & Mechanical Parts for Establishment Mechanical Workshop by SSGC

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas utility engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas in Sindh and Balochistan, invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of electrical and mechanical parts for the Establishment Mechanical Workshop at Power House SSGC Karachi Terminal. The project is being procured under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses with specialization in relevant fields (EE03/04 for electrical engineers, ME-01/02/03/04 for mechanical engineers). The work is on a complete package basis with specific technical and commercial requirements detailed in the tender documents.

Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC licenses in the specified categories, be registered as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue, and be capable of executing supply and installation work to SSGC's technical specifications. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupees only) in the form of a pay order or demand draft payable to Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is mandatory. The bid bond must be submitted in original form to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with a scanned copy uploaded on the EPADS portal. Failure to submit the original bid bond will result in automatic rejection of the bid.

Tender documents are available for download from the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal without charge. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal on or before 10-08-2026 at 11:00 hours. Public bid opening will occur at 11:30 hours on the same day online on EPADS in the presence of bidders and their authorized representatives. All documents, including technical literature and declaration forms, must be duly signed and stamped before submission. SSGC reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning reasons.
