Police Training School, Farooqabad invites sealed tenders for the procurement of dietary items for the mess facility for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued by the Police Department, Government of Punjab under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and covers the supply of other free meal dietary items with an estimated cost of 150 million Pakistani rupees. The procurement is being conducted on a framework contract basis, with the tender to be opened on 18 June 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Police Training School located in Farooqabad, Tehsil and District Sheikhupura, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms engaged in trading and registered with the Taxes Department including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, bank draft, demand draft or pay order in favour of the SP/Principal, Police Training School, Farooqabad. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of the total contract value. Bids must follow the single stage two-envelope bidding procedure with separate technical and financial proposals, and submission of mandatory samples according to specifications.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website and E-PADS platform at no cost from the date of publication until 18 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Sealed bids must be uploaded on E-PADS and submitted to the Principal office, Police Training School, Farooqabad, located near Canal QB Link, Bandokey Road, Sheikhupura, before the closing deadline. Technical proposals will be opened on the tender opening date while financial proposals will remain sealed and opened later. All rates must be inclusive of GST and PST.
