PNEC-NUST Karachi invites competitive bids for the supply and installation of laboratory equipment under the NUST-PNEC Process Health Monitoring of CNC Machines Using Artificial Intelligence project. This tender (Reference NA/402/06/2025-26) seeks authorized suppliers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), or authorized distributors to provide complete equipment with detailed specifications as listed in Annex-A. The procurement is located in Karachi, Sindh, and covers equipment delivery and installation at PNEC-NUST premises on a FOR Karachi basis with all applicable taxes included.
Eligible bidders must possess active NTN and Sales Tax registration with active ATL status in FBR records and modern facilities for equipment supply and installation. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS system in single-stage, one-envelope format containing both technical and financial proposals. Bidders are required to submit bid security (refundable) equal to 5 percent of the total quoted value as a pay order or bank draft, along with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5,000. Additional mandatory documentation includes authorization letters from the OEM, income and sales tax certificates, company profile, bank statements for the last six months, quality certifications, non-blacklisting certificates on stamp paper, and duly signed annexures D, E, F, G, H, and J. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days from the tender opening date.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal with original earnest money in a separate envelope provided at the time of technical bid opening. All quotations must include detailed specifications, brand, make, model, origin, warranty period of one year, and support details for each item separately. The selected bidder shall provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 5 percent of the contracted value in the form of CDR or bank draft valid for the entire warranty period.
