Pakistan Navy invites bids from well-reputed, GST and Professional Tax registered transport firms, transporters, and contractors for the provision of transport and hiring services to 47 UAV Squadron on a requirement basis during the financial year 2026–2027 in Karachi, Sindh. The contract encompasses transport operations from PNS Mehran naval base in Karachi and extends to other locations including Gwadar, Pasni, Turbat, and Ormara. The procurement is conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
Bidders must be GST and Professional Tax registered firms with established financial credentials. A tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be paid to obtain detailed bid documents, available between 0900 and 1300 hours on working days before the closing date. A bid security of 2 percent must be submitted with each proposal in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from Pakistan Navy as per standard procedures. All government taxes will be deducted as per applicable rules.
Bids must be submitted in a single-stage, two-envelope format with sealed technical and financial bid envelopes clearly marked separately. Bids must reach the Executive Officer, 47 Squadron, PNS Mehran, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi by 1000 hours on 29 June 2026, and will be opened at 1100 hours the same day in the presence of bidder representatives. The contract validity period runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to reject any or all quotations if found technically or financially unacceptable.
